Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the remaining service balance and may be restricted from future bookings.
